The real
truth
There are
only three main ways to lose weight. The best most efficent way
is a combination of all three
1. Eat Less
2. Change what you eat
3. Excercise more
We need to understand this and
accept it. You do not lose weight by buying anything. You lose
weight by eating less, (reduced calorie intake), changing what
we eat (to healthier less processed and therefore easier to
digest, lower calorie food), excersice more (burn more calories
and making your body more efficient at burning
calories).
The temptation of modern society
is to believe that if you want something, you buy it. You
cannot buy weight loss you have to do it.
You can buy weight loss aids but
they will not work unless you use them.
Its that simple.
