person who is always rushing will tend to eat too fast. A
person who eats too fast will tend to eat too much and a person
who eats too much will tend to get fat.
Mess causes distress and that in turn causes people to eat too

less likely to buy food that you shouldn't be buying when you
go to the supermarket.
Organization is one of the keys to success in following any
